TDK-Lambda PFH500F-28 Series | DigiKey Daily
TDK Corporation presents their TDK-Lambda PFH500F-28 Series of AC-to-DC power modules. These 504-watt rated, conduction-cooled power supplies feature a compact 4-inch by 2.4-inch footprint. They employ gallium nitride semiconductors, bridgeless power factor correction, synchronous rectification, and digital control, enabling efficiencies of up to 92 percent. With an input voltage range from 85 volts AC to 265 volts AC, these modules deliver 28 volts at 18 amps, and can be adjusted from 22.4 volts to 33.6 volts using either the trim pin or the PMBus interface. The baseplate cooling allows operation at temperatures ranging from minus 40 degrees Celsius to 100 degrees Celsius. Other features include a 12-volt standby voltage, remote on/off, pre-biasing start-up, droop mode current share, various protections, and more.
