MGJ2 Series Surface-Mount DC/DC Converters | Datasheet Preview

Murata Power Solutions’ offers the MGJ2 Series of 2 watt, bipolar output, DC-to-DC converters that are surface-mountable. The six models within the MGJ2 series are available in 12 V and 15 V voltage rails and offer +15 V / -5 V, +15 V / -9 V, and +20 V / -5 V bipolar outputs. The MGJ2 units are supplied in a compact, low-profile form-factor and offer a common-mode transient immunity that exceeds 200 kilovolts per microsecond. These converters also feature a continuous barrier withstand voltage up to 2.5 kilovolts along with a 9 mm creepage and clearance separation distance. With an extended operation temperature range from -40oC to 100oC, built-in short circuit protection mechanisms, numerous certifications, the MGJ2 DC-to-DC converters are intended to accompany the IGBT and SiC-based MOSFET high-voltage gate drivers used in industrial, renewable energy, and mobility applications.
