Analog Devices’ MAX2216x Series | Datasheet Preview
Analog Devices’ MAX2216x Series are a family of six-channel low-power digital galvanic isolators ideally suited for low-isolation applications. The MAX2216x Series features reinforced isolation offering a robust withstand voltage rating of 3 kVRMS for a 60 second duration. They also feature low propagation delay and low jitter and are rated with an operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C. Additionally each product with /V suffix is AEC-Q100 qualified and has the ability to transfer digital signals between circuits with various power domains. MAX2216x Series is designed with Independent 1.71 V to 5.5 V supplies on each side, enabling the devices to function effectively as level translators. Analog Devices’ MAX2216x Series are an ideal choice for automotive and general applications such as Industrial, Fieldbus communications, Motor controls, Medical systems and more.
