Ceramic CapacitorsTAIYO YUDEN combines its advanced materials and processing technologies to produce multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) that offer the industry’s highest capacitance values in a variety of case sizes and voltage ratings. For example, TAIYO YUDEN's recently introduced 100μF ceramic capacitors are available in a 1210 case size rated at 16 V. This MLCC and others offer superior quality and reliability in support of your most advanced electronics designs, including smart phones, tablet PCs and other consumer and industrial electronic devices.

TAIYO YUDEN high-capacitance-value MLCCs are excellent substitutes for tantalum (Ta) and aluminum electrolytic capacitors. While offering capacitance values comparable to tantalum and aluminum electrolytic capacitors, these MLCCS are smaller, have lower equivalent series resistance (ESR), superior frequency characteristics, and effective noise elimination. MLCCs also have no polarity, and are reliable and safe as well as environmentally friendly.
