Our multichip devices come in a variety of packages including TO-18, PLCC, TO-5, and surface mount. Browse our standard line up of devices that hold anywhere from two to seven die. These are completely customizable, utilizing our wide range of available die (UV through SWIR Short Wave Infrared). Marktech also offers additional options to meet customer requirements such as power and wavelength sorting within a multichip device.
