ADMX6001-EBZ

The ADMX6001-EBZ is a high-performance, DC-coupled 10GSPS digitizer reference design covering DC to 5GHz using a dual-path architecture. It combines the AD9213 (12-bit, 10GSPS) for high-speed signals and the AD4080 (20-bit, 40MSPS) for precision, low-noise measurements. An ADL5580 differential ADC driver, biased by an LTC2664 DAC, enables flexible handling of unipolar and bipolar signals while maximizing dynamic range. The board interfaces with a Xilinx VCU118 FPGA via FMC+ and is suited for applications like oscilloscopes, TOF mass spectrometry, and fiber sensing. It includes a power supply but requires FPGA hardware and software tools (Vivado, drivers) for setup and evaluation.
