Phoenix Contact's Modbus-to-PROFINET gateway makes migration painless with easy and intuitive web-based configuration for mapping Modbus data over to PROFINET. Integration is simple thanks to the GDSML file, allowing users to quickly set up the transfer of data into the programming environment. Variants are available with one, two, or four serial ports and one or two RJ45 Ethernet ports. A wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +70°C and hazardous-area approvals make these devices suitable for any industry.
Phoenix Contact's family of gateways allows different industrial protocols to work together in a single network. Serial device servers provide a simple pathway when migrating legacy serial devices to Ethernet protocols.
