                    MCC’s MOSFETs for high power primary side applications can be used for voltages up to 650 V
    

Micro Commercial Component’s super junction high voltage MOSFETs use the multi-epi process which makes them more robust and offers better EMI performance. These MOSFETs can be used for voltages up to 650 V. They allow for maximum currents of 11 A and 20 A at R_DS(ON) and values of 380 mΩ and 170 mΩ. They support through-hole TO-247 (20 A), TO-220, and TO-220F packages and surface mount DFN (11 A) and DPAK packages.

Typical applications for these MOSFETs are SMPS, chargers, PWM controls, PFC, and lighting applications.
